Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the item in its original anti-static packaging and manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
